James F. McCoy is responsible for the for the Solutioning, Operations and Talent Acquisition Consulting teams in the United States and Canada as well as the Global RPO practice. Jim’s background leading ManpowerGroup’s Global RPO Center of Excellence and extensive breadth and depth of talent acquisition knowledge provide clients with recruitment planning expertise.

Jim's team uses the global resources of ManpowerGroup to develop workforce plans that advance clients' business growth.  His vision is comprehensive client support: The integration of immediate strategies that capitalize on talent acquisition opportunities with the development of long-term workforce plans. His effort is supported by ongoing investment in technology, assessment tools and enhanced recruiting techniques that reinforce clients' brand commitment in each of their geographic markets.

Before joining ManpowerGroup Solutions, Jim ran business development for RPO and built a talent management consulting business at Veritude, a Fidelity Investments Company. Jim is a regular speaker at HR industry forums including the HR Planning Society, the Thought Leadership Institute and the Human Capital Institute.  He has published and been quoted extensively in the recruiting and human capital media.  Jim was recently nominated to the Board of Directors of the RPO Alliance.

Prior to his work in the human capital industry, Jim spent more than 10 years in financial services.  His past roles include Marketing Manager for Chase Manhattan Bank's Latin American payments operations and Product Manager for BankBoston's correspondent banking business.  As a member of the Association for Financial Professionals, he served on the Body of Knowledge Committees for both The Essentials of Cash Management, 7th ed., and The Essentials of Treasury Management.

Jim holds a B.A. in economics and political science from Northwestern University. He is fluent in Spanish, and speaks Portuguese, French and German.  He serves as a Trustee for Family Service of Greater Boston and Ballet Hispanico in New York City.
